A DAVENTRY telemarketing company is looking to improve businesses' views and understanding of the practice.
Catherine Inglis, from Dog and Bone Telemarketing based in Middlemore, is looking to encourage other businesses to use telemarketing as a way to improve their sales. For new customers, she is offering a half-day trial to see whether telemarketing can work for them.Mrs Inglis said: “A lot of the people who come to me have got a very bad experience of telemarketing and people have let them down.“I am here to show people that it can work and can help out selling the product.“I have 10 years experience in this industry and I am professional and extremely honest with people. In this industry, you have to have a good reputation and you will be judged by it.
